ధూళిపాళ్ళ వీరయ్య చౌదరి గారు

1942 లో పొన్నూరు మండలం చింతలపూడి గ్రామంలో. తులశమ్మ - రత్తయ్యలకు జన్మించిన ముద్దుబిడ్డ. 1967 లో చిన్న వయసులో యువకుడిగా రాజకీయాలలో అడుగుపెట్టి సర్పంచిగా ఎన్నికవడం రాజకీయ ప్రస్థానంలో తొలిమెట్టు. 1979 నుండి 1985 వరకు మరియు 1992 నుండి 1994 వరకు సుధీర్ఘకాలం సంగం డెయిరి చైర్మన్ గా పనిచేసి గుంటూరు జిల్లా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత ప్రజల జీవితాలను ప్రభావితం చేశారు. సంగం డెయిరిని దక్షిణ భారతదేశంలోనే అత్యుత్తమ డెయిరిగా తీర్చిదిద్దిన పరిపాలనాదక్షుడు. 1985 లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పాడిపరిశ్రమాభివృద్ధి సమాఖ్య చైర్మన్ బాధ్యతలను నిర్వర్తించారు. NTR పిలుపుతో 1983 లో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో అడుగుపెట్టి 1983 నుండి 1985 వరకు, 1985 నుండి 1989 వరకు శాసన సభ్యుడిగా ప్రజల మన్ననలను పొందడం జరిగింది 1989 లో రాష్ట్ర రెవిన్యూ శాఖామంత్రిగా బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టి అవినీతిరహితంగా ఎన్నో కీలకమైన నిర్ణయాలు చేసి రెవిన్యూశాఖకు ఒక గుర్తింపు తేవడం జరిగింది. ఏ ఆధారం లేకపోయిననూ పాడిపై సామాన్యుడు సైతం బ్రతకొచ్చని భరోసానిచ్చి "పాల వీరయ్య" గా పేరు గడించారు. 1994 జనవరి 24 వ తేదీన NTR సారధ్యంలో గుంటూరులో నిర్వహించిన రాష్ట్ర రైతు సదస్సు ఏర్పాట్లను ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకుని పనిచేస్తూ తిరుగు ప్రయాణంలో ఆకస్మికంగా జరిగిన రోడ్డు ప్రమాదంలో తనువు చాలించారు.

History

Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary Memorial Trust was registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1982, on 17th Day of September 1994 and has been operational across Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.

How It All Started

In General Body Meeting of Guntur District Milk Producers Cooperative Union Limited on the day of 31 August 1994, in remembrance and to fulfill the dreams of - Late Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary, Former Chairman of Sangam Dairy.

The Motto of DVC Memorial Trust is to provide Health & Education to fodders at an affordable cost.

The Objectives:

DVC Memorial Trust is committed to hand in hand Fodder Welfare - Animal Welfare through
Awareness for Animal health and disease prevention
Providing veterinary treatment
Providing shelter during Natural calamities
Providing subsidized nutrition
humane handling and
humane slaughter/killing.

DVC Memorial Trust has started Health Services in rural area at an affordable cost through “DVC Hospitals” a super specialty hospital located at Vadlamudi, Guntur District in 2018.
DVC Hospitals conducted ……. Health camps at different locations of Guntur District and distributed free medicines to rural people.
Through DVC hospitals, Dairy Fodders are getting 50% discount over Health services

Educational Services
DVC Memorial trust providing Diploma Course in Animal Husbandry Polytechnic to rural youth through sangam dairy processing polytechnic, established in 2017, affiliated to College of Dairy Technology, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati.
